Aimee is an extremely empowering person. Her energy is unique in a way that is truly uplifting. She's a wonderful instructor who teaches from her heart and soul. Her energy is so powerful that it jumps from the screen to you, helping you become energized and ready to work your mind, body and spirit. She doesn't just work your body but the whole you, connecting every part of you together, which is a true work out. Because she is able to give you such a well balanced workout, you are able to go into your life and to your family more focused and ready for the day. Aimee DeRohn is a true teacher, ready to help you be the you you were meant to be.
Not good
I'd like to write something positive about this overpriced disc, but the lack of Aimee's ability to honestly deliver is a major stumbling block. This is about her glorifying HERself but dressing it up as if she truly is a servant of goodness and light. I'd rather attend a local yoga session (not with her) than watch that video ever again.
