Great prenatal workout
I have been an avid stott pilates student for 5+ years and knew that with my 2nd pregnancy I wanted to continue with pilates. It was such a huge part of my life and my 1st pregancy, but I knew that going to the studio wouldn't be an option for me this time around. I bought these DVDs to complement my walking routine and it has been the perfect addtion to my prenatal workouts. It gives you the studio feel without the lame-o work-out dvd comments....you're there to work out and that's exactly what you get...no fluff. I feel stronger and more limber after every workout and I'm really enjoying how healthy I feel. I would definitely reccomend this set!

Cured my lower back pain
I'm 20 weeks pregnant today and have had terrible lower back pain since about 12 weeks. I've been getting regular massages which have helped a little, but by the time I finished the video series on the ball my back pain was completely gone. My legs felt relaxed yet toned and my whole body felt more supported, lighter and relaxed.

I'm a certified pilates instructor so I've seen a lot of different pilates videos and teachers. I thought the instructors in these videos were clear and had nice explanations, visuals and cuing. It was easy to follow, gentle but very effective.

I highly recommend this series.

nice videos. It is also nice to be able to alternate between 2. The work outs are basic; however, by the time i get to 9 months I may not feel that way. Right now at 5 months they are not hard, but in time I think i will appricate the simple movements with a bigger body.
